the clock is perfect. Looks beautiful, and it even tells time LOLIt makes a nice "statement" in my living room

This is a really nice clock which actually exceeded my expectations after reading all the reviews. Battery installation was not a problem, and I found the workmanship to be of excellent quality for a plastic clock. It looks great on the wall and was a perfect replacement for the clock that had been there for the last 20 years. Nice large clock face that is easy to see from a distance. Yes, it is a bit more pricey than a lot other similar clocks on Amazon, but as they say, "You get what you pay for". One needs to pay close attention to the listed size of some the cheaper clocks. Many of them wind up being smaller than you expect. I learned that from the first clock I purchased, which was not big enough to fill the space on the wall, and the face was too small to read comfortably at a distance. This one, however, is the prefect size!

The clock is actually very beautiful. But in transit, it was broken. They have advised me a new clock. Work is in process of coming to me and I will be excited to receive it.

The clock looks great. So far it is keeping good time. However, the pendulum didn’t work at all. I considered returning the clock but decided to keep it because it fits in so well where I hung it. I have seen other reviews mentioning trouble with the pendulum and it seems the manufacturer ought to be able to correct this.

This is my 2nd such clock---the first one is over 20 years old, and still running, even though it was dropped & shattered into several pieces.. The original has been glued back together and still runs great, it just looks like crap after being glued back together, and no longer has a pendulum, a victim of the crash. You can imagine I was quite happy to find it was still being sold after all of these years! So the old one has been relegated to an out-of-the-way spot in the den, while the new one takes the top spot in the living room, hopefully for as many years as our first one.
