Meet the softest and sweetest ponies around in this classic DK board book filled with clear photography, simple text, and fun textures for young readers to explore. Touch and Feel: Ponies is a beloved family favorite that keeps young readers engaged with pages that encourage exploration and help develop fine motor skills while building an early language foundation. Practice animal recognition and sounds, and help your baby learn what a pony may feel like when touched. Pet a pony's soft fur and smooth nose on tactile board pages that are perfect for small hands. With appealing touch-and-feel elements on every spread, DK's Touch and Feel series is a favorite for both parents and children, in a larger format than DK's Baby Touch and Feel books. Babies and toddlers will be drawn to the shiny jacket, while the bright, bold interior pages help them develop object recognition, and the descriptive text builds their language skills. Review: Huge hit with our toddler - Our youngest loves photo books & touch books best, and this combines the two. He fell in love as soon as he stroked the first pony’s nose! It’s a nice little board book & great for babies who love animals. Review: Still a favourite. - Great quality, has withstood many children using it heavily

Perfect for 2year old
Lovely quality little book for 2 year old horse lover and was just what I was looking for. I don't know what the recipient thinks yet as I'm putting it away for christmas along with a horse package of wooden stable, play mat rug and some Schleich horses and the book adds to this set and is of high quality.
