2 Pack Reversible Spray Tip Nozzle for Airless Paint Spray Guns and Airless Sprayer Spraying Machine (413)

I bought these(515) for the .015 hole. The width of the pattern was as expected but the amount of paint seemed just a bit heavy. Don't get me wrong for the money and if your doing larger outdoor projects it'll work. I went back to my 415 and saved 30% of paint for the same area. I run latex at about 1800 - 2100 psi no thinning. Running a 8" wide instead of the 10" wide took a little longer but the paint usage for me was worth it. The paint I use is a premium SW and the Mil thickness for proper coverage is what I want. With a good paint you can vary the thickness without sags or runs. Keep a wet edge it's all good! Maybe I'm using these incorrectly, and for the price I guess I can't complain too much (but I will.) These spray tips seem high quality, and durable, but clog often and don't provide a consistent spray through my Graco Magnum X7. That being said it could be user error. I bought these for spraying pretty primed doors and trim with semi gloss white paint. Maybe it was on the wrong setting, but the width of the spray fan would change often while spraying continuously. Almost like a hose losing pressure. I switched back to the standard Graco tip (larger spray fan) on the same setting and didn't have the issue. Maybe my pump setting was wrong for this size tip? Maybe the paint was too thick for this tip size? I went with manufacturer's guidelines as far as I understood.

I purchased to use with my Harbor Freight airless sprayer. The one that came with the unit went bad quickly. I used this to paint the side of my house. Worked great.

Maybe if you get the bigger sizes and water down your paint and turn the pressure way down. I know they cheaper price but the 311 tip I got lasted a couple minutes then it was blown out. That's when you start wasting paint. The ,515 lasted a bit longer.I used the 311 for baseboards went through both of them quick.

I was using a Krause airless sprayer and it was recommended I use either this tip or another one. The two pack made sense since it's cheaper than the other tip by itself. The tip works flawlessly, for the most top. It did get clogged up a few times but I was able to clear it with a needle and back to painting fairly quickly. I would still highly recommend this purchase although the 3 stars is because of the clogging.

The tip seal didn't seem sized properly for the tip and leaked. Paint sprayer parts that leak aren't worth buying. I would suggest going with either the original (Graco, titan, Wagner, etc.) or if you're more budget conscious try out harbor freight's new Avanti tips. They don't have very many sizes but you can get a tip and tip seal for half the price of a Graco setup.

This tip when using a semi trans parent stain , put out a pencil stream. Went and bought a Graco tip , Problem solved

Work great at a fraction of the cost! I’ve painted 25 cabinet doors and a bedroom furniture set using the same tip with no issues.
