This product is great to use after the ice melt on floors has been tracked through as well as before rewaxing a floor. It gets rid of the grim and gives that nice glossy finish to keep floors looking shiny

I gave this 4 stars because I don’t know if the one bottle I bought is ok or not. I hope it doesn’t leak. The other bottles were ok. I bought 4 of these total. Other than that, the smell is ok. It dries pretty fast on the floor, good longevity because the bottles are big gallon size. It cleans ok because I mix it with other products I have. And it’s safe to use on hardwood floors and linoleum. Highly recommend!

This product works great after those snow days. With all of the salt that gets thrown down our laminate flooring takes a beating. After using Zeps PH floor cleaner it took all of the annoying streaks off our floors. Typically it takes weeks to get the white out, but thankfully after a couple uses our floors are goos as new!

We have Italian ceramic tile throughout our house. A few years ago, when we had professionals come clean the floors and reseal the grout, they cautioned us to keep the tile looking new and the grout clean to ONLY use ZEP and they were right. Does an excellent job. Highly recommend.

It cleans great, just don't like having to dilute it with water. Thr smell is good, not too strong. The price is very good however, so I am very pleased with the purchase. I might add it was packaged very well, no leaking.
