A long ago car accident has required me to add 3/4" lift to one shoe - mandatory to save my back - but not nearly enough to level my hips. Arrogant shoe repairmen are charging $50 plus to convert a comfortable shoe into an embarrassingly ugly one, $20 plus to make a short 3/4" wedge to insert in my boots. With a little trim around the toe, one of these converted a pair of Sketchers into workable footwear - so much cheaper and more comfortable (and better height at 1") and not nearly so ugly as using a professional. Can't wait for cooler weather to try my boots!

These are good for me as I'm a size 8. They are not US scale. They are very narrow.

I didn't need them for the height. I wanted to try them for around the house for my heal pain. They worked my heal pain was cut down greatly.

This is my first time reviewing a product, just to say that these insoles are very uncomfortable!! You cannot walk on these without your foot sliding off the insole and the hard edge stabbing your feet. They are way too narrow in size. I am a 5'6'' 180lb male, with size 9 shoes and these are way too uncomfortable. I do not recommend this product at all, I recommend people investing more on another pair of insoles preferably a good known brand.

These are okay. Good for low heel runners. Height wise, it feels less than a 1 inch lift as your heels can sink in while walking and standing.

These were a little small for my shoes (10.5) and I had to put a second insole on top of these for comfort. There are better products on the market than this imo.

Easily leads to toes pain if wearing too long

These are great. But thee best in boots or somthing with a high top or your foot will slide in and out of your shoe or the shoe just compleatly fly off lol. We use only the left one as the left leg is an inch shorter then the right. To even onut hight and keep from having back issues. They work great
