Are ALL spare parts available for this machine?

Looks like it... Amazon. However; it is cheaper to just buy a new machine in some cases depending on which piece you need. The parts are expensive.

Is there a way to set the machine to accept quarters only? thank you!

Try contacting www.gumball.com. They may be able to help.

Is the black stand that the gumball machine is on, Iron? Or plastic?

It's a VERY sturdy "cast aluminum" would be my best description. I LOVE this machine. It's in a very high traffic retail shoe store and its perfect. No plastic!

Hi, will this dispenser accept English coins? Thanks

Coin must be smaller than a US quarter.
