Original tall shot glass from Hard Rock Cafe San Diego opened 12/11/1988 closed 09/06/2006, Was opened as San Diego in 1988. Changed its name to La Jolla in December 1998. This old location Hard Rock Cafe America (owned by Peter Morton) operated roughly all the cafes west of the Mississippi River as well as some cafe abroad such as Tel Aviv, and the Australian cafes. Hard Rock Cafe America also owned the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas. These cafes offered shot glasses with the "Save the Planet" motto on the logo.Before 1996
