Serving size is 1 capsule per day, 120 serving per bottle (approximately 4 month supply). Vcaps are small, so easily ingested. Came well within the expiration date, in fact, over 2 years so fresh as can be!• This brand is one I have used before for various other products & I will continue to. Legit brand, with legit ingredients, clean & cost effective, so would I look elsewhere.

I like this brand because it's good quality at a reasonable price. It has the good (trans) form of Vitamin K2, it's made in the USA in a GMP facility, and it has no preservatives, artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, milk, lactose, soy, gluten, wheat, or fish.I'm taking Vitamin K2 because I have osteopenia and I don't want it to turn into osteoporosis! Vitamin K2 helps direct calcium into your bones instead of it going into your soft tissues (like arteries). There are two forms of Vitamin K2 available in supplements, the MK-4 form and the MK-7 form. What I read is that the MK-4 form is the most active form and it's readily absorbed, but it has a short plasma half-life which means it’s quickly removed from the blood after consumption. The MK-7 for is the most-studied. The majority of the MK-7 you consume goes to the bones and liver. In the bones, MK-7 produces osteocalcin—a hormone which regulates bone health. One study showed that it is well absorbed and that it was "measurable in serum samples up to 2 days after consumption". Apparently, both forms of K2 are beneficial. I don't want osteoporosis or hardening of the arteries, so (daily) I take this brand which has 100 mcg K2 in the MK-7 form and I also take another brand which contains 500 mcg of MK-4 and 100 mcg of MK-7.

I've been taking Amazing Formulas for 9 years. I drive a school bus and at least 150 kids from 4 to 19 twice a day. The Berberine, Quercetin and K2 are essential for avoiding illness and keeping me strong.The fact that these are all 100% natural and made in the USA are all critical to me.I've recommended these to many other School Bus Drivers and all have expressed their agreement that it works. Many are over the age of 55.K2 with D3 assists the Bioavailability of the D3. Strongly Recommended!

I really like this brand but there is one thing that has me looking for other brands. The fact that magnesium stearate is in all of their supplements I have bought from them. They are quality made in the US but if I find another brand that doesn't have that ingredient it I change even if it cost a little more. But I do know that they work for me. Just hate it they won't take that out.
