This product was cracked on top upon arrival. When I ran it, it flooded my floors because a panel was also broken on the bottom. Shakes a lot on the spin cycle

I purchased this kit to replace my 30 year-old washing machine and dryer pair. In every conceivable way, this kit is worse. It has one job, to clean clothes and dry them. It cleans them worse, with less efficiency, in a longer period of time. The dryer takes twice as long to dry things and it does so in a way that, for some weird reason, leaves everything wrinkled and filled with "pills" that subsequently require removal.Doing laundry now takes longer, leaves me with dirty and wrinkled and wrecked clothes, is more expensive, and costs more to operate than my 30-year-old kit.Utter and complete garbage. And yes, I found a way to return this trash.Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy anything from Electrolux. They don't care about the customer at all. I have the washer and it was great and I loved it until the door lock stopped working. I can't find anyone to work on it, I can't find the door lock piece to try and have a handyman fix it so essentially it is garbage. GARBAGE, and it cost $800 in 2018 when I bought it.

Washer is garbage. Won't start.
