Many of them were broken upon arrival.
These are a cute item, but many were broken upon arrival. Also some of the intact ones didn't wind correctly. So for the money, I didn't think this was a good value.

A number of these were broken and not working. Poorly packaged. Plus there were 12, not 16. :(.Returning these to Amazon.

It was a 16 piece set but only came with 11. It's alright for what I needed them for but I was shorted 5 pieces.

Total garbage
Most don’t work. I couldn’t get more than a couple to work, much less 12 of them for the gift bags I’m putting together. Eyes had also fallen off some of them.
