Buying the legit Cannon cartridge has always eliminated the need to go through the issues with the settjngs everytime i use the printer.

I was contacted by Tony who was VERY persistent about working with me to fix my problem with my order. To be quite honest, I didn't think much of his letters of intent. Finally, I received a gift from him with a very sincere apology that we spent our hard earned money on a product that didn't work. We had since replaced our printer and purchased name brand toner with HP, so getting a replacement order wasn't in the cards for us. Tony made sure that our money was refunded, along with the gift he sent as well. I think customer service like this is a lost art. Business owners like us don't like to hear when our clients are unhappy, but it really does make a world of difference when people work together to rectify the situation. I would happily order from them again if they carried HP toner.I ordered these to try and save a few bucks however they only work so long. I have a pink streak that we can't seem to get rid of due to a toner cartridge issue. We don't care that our printer can't read the levels, however it is unprofessional to send clients invoices and estimates with colored toner all over them. We won't be purchasing them again. Keep in mind we are printing about 10 pages a day, so it is not enough to cause issues when you should be able to get a few thousand pages in each cartridge.

I only buy OEM

This black toner works just like it should. I bought a complete color & black set from an off brand. The color toners are ok, but the black one failed and started streaking within a few weeks / hundred or so pages. Disappointed I didn't save with the other off brand... Happy the Canon brand worried great. Just wish these were cheaper.
