Love my tub
Tub was delivered within days and it looks amazing. My bathroom feels like a spa. Plumber was able to install without any issues. It came with the gold fixtures. Beautiful tub.

Perfect free standing tub
We were looking for a modern style free standing tub that would fit into a space we had in the bathroom (replacing an old tub). This was just perfect and the style is amazingWe purchased the free standing faucet that goes next to it and it just worksGreat all around

Customer service
These tubs are so easy to install and look great for the price! I ordered the wrong color drain, I know silly mistake! They had the right one sent out to me the next day for no charge!

Shoddy product, cracks, and poor customer service!! Will NOT recommend
Bought the tub from Amazon in late August, 2021, installed in September but tub cracked on the rim (see photo) within a few days of us.Per Amazon website contacted Woodbridge which pointed back to Amazon for bad shipping even though the Tub had no crack on delivery! It has 1 yr warranty but Woodbridge does not want to take any responsibility. We are extremely disappointed with poor quality of this shoddy product, and poor customer service by Woodbridge. Now we have this cracked tub which need replacement. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!

No complains with the bathtub, the product is great! Just the delivery was late for more than a week.

Very pretty, but obviously cheap. Poor packaging.
It's a very pretty tub, but once you feel it or tap on it with your fingers, it's very obviously made of very thin, hollow plastic. Loos pretty, but feels like a very large children's toy. The box was completely unstructured, so the bottom opened up during transport and it was damaged. I returned it and opted instead for a nicer...more expensive :/...tub.

Water depth change?
I'm a home builder and I've been using these tubs for 3 years now in about 20 homes per year. I've never had one arrive damaged. They present well and I've never had a complaint from the plumber during install or a warranty call after homeowners moved in. However, I've noticed recently the water depth max has changed and is honestly not acceptable for a tub of this size. Really disappointing and looking for alternatives.
