I love this pillow. It has solved my neck pain and I'm getting the best sleep ever. The pillow height is perfect and the shape cradles my head the way it should. I never have to wake up at night and reposition it since the density holds its shape, yet it's soft at the same time. I tried a few before I found this one and I knew as soon as I unpacked it I had a winner. It didn't keep a strange crease down the middle like so many of them do after shipping, but most importantly it had zero odor. When we went on vacation I brought it with me because I knew I wasn't going to sleep the same without it. I bought the pillow last November, and after several months of use, it's still like new.The best thing about the pillow is it resolved my neck pain. I'm still rather young, but not as young as I used to be. I kept waking up with awful neck pain and at one point, I couldn't even turn my head. My Doctor told me I needed to switch my pillow because, after an MRI, they couldn't see any cause for concern. So, as I said earlier, I tried a few. They were either, too hard, too tall, too soft, an odd shape, etc... Then I found this one and it turned out to be perfect. My neck pain has totally resolved itself. I feel so much better when I wake up in the morning. Also, when I lay in bed at night and watch TV, the pillow props up nicely and gives enough support for me to see the TV comfortably.Lastly, for us side sleepers who want to put an arm underneath the pillow, it works wonderfully for that as well. I've found myself perfectly comfortable going from my back to my side. I highly recommend this pillow, and if you've already tried multiple memory foam pillows and none of them satisfied, get this pillow! You won't regret it!

This a ture King size pillow and I'm showing the measurements in the pictures. I also show it in a King size pillow case. In my opinion it has a high side and low size for optional uses. Its kinda soft firm it that makes any sense? But foe me and my neck pain and back pain I choose to try it! So far far so good! I would highly recommend this product!

My husband and I both love this pillow. Its not for the faint of heart or neck. We both have neck issues because we've apparently gotten old. I have migraines and correct neck alignment is key to reducing them. So I've tried several contour pillows and they are nice, but usually too soft. This is FIRM. If you don't like firm this won't be for you. But its a good steady firm with a touch of meltable softness. I think for me it wouldn't be an everyday sleeper as its that firm, but I will go with this brand in the one level softer version and just use this correctively for my neck. My dear hubs has finally found his ideal pillow though and for me its an 8 out of 10

Worth every penny!I had a cervical fusion from C5 to C7, so using an orthopedic pillow is a daily necessity if I want to avoid migraines. This travel version has been the best one I've found so far—especially since my queen-size pillow is too big to travel with in a carry-on. It's firm, has the perfect width for my neck, and vacuum sealed it takes up no space. Highly recommend!

Not particularly comfortable. I prefer a crescent shape, which I have to use at home.

Best neck support pillow. Bought another brand before this one but this one by far is better for my neck!

Too soft. I need another pillow underneath for better support but still not good. Smaller than expected but this size will fit into a suitcase. I still have neck pain. So sleep quality is not optimal. For me I just need better support.
