Q: Where were they made?

Not sure. If you are going to be cutting any type of food on them, I would advise you to keep looking. They scratched the first time they were cut on with a butter knife.

Q: Is it Cadmium free? And is it made in China?

The plates are made of porcelain and made in China

Q: Will these plates stain? Like if u put spaghetti on it will it leave a red spot from the sauce??

These plates will not stain. They are a glazed ceramic, and everything just comes right off. I use mine often, and they still look brand new. They arrived in a box with styrofoam that had cut-outs for each plate. Well shipped and arrived in excellent condition. I recommend you purchase these plates…they look nice, hold up well, match any decor (from casual to elegant) and are all around good quality. I am well pleased. I’ve attached a video so you can see the glaze.
