After purchasing some other Kevala products, was out of apple cider vinegar, so thought I would try this. Of importance, it does contain the 'mother'. Good apple cider taste. Have placed on subscribe'n'save.

Several talking heads in the fitness/nutrition world have advocated adding ACV to your diet. At first the taste is a little strange. It taste similar to the malted vinegar that many people use on fish-n-chips. Quickly, I found that I actually enjoy the taste of it with 2 caps-full in 8 ounces of water with ice. I cannot say for sure that it helping with digestion and blood-sugar, but I feel better since adding it and it certainly isn't hurting me in any way so I will keep using it and trust the experts.

I'm sure the product is fine. I purchased it because it is Organic, but mainly because I (wrongly) assumed the bottle was glass. It is not. This is especially concerning due to the acidic nature of the liquid. Definitely will not be purchasing again.
