The chain of the top of kennel has been incorrectly stitched, due to which it cannot be connected to the body of the kennel. Instead replacing the whole thing (because it's huge and I don't want the hassle), I am trying to re-stitch it correctly.And there are a lot of other places with loose threads. I don't know how long it will last.

Very good product, easy to clean and easy to carry!Not for large dogs but good for something like pug or beagle and obviously for cats.Product is really good but at the same time price is on the higher side, something like 1200-1300 would've been icing on the cake! I got it for 1599.Looks very good in person and guests will find it attractive and most importantly your pet will love it for sure specially in winter!

The quality of the product is really bad and not worth the price.

It seems that, unlike most other customers, I decided upon the "Den House" design. I am quite happy with this purchase.The item arrives folded, and setting it up is simple. There is a zip on one side that takes a bit of careful effort. The cushion on the bottom comes detached, and you have to put it in. As you can see from the pictures, this is a "soft" product. Overall, I'd say the quality is OK. The cushioning is basic, which is most apparent for the bottom, so you will probably want to add a baby blanket or something else to improve comfort for your pet. The "Army Print" pattern is good looking. I only wish they offered this design in more colours and visual styles.
