These have become my new best friend. I use them for so many things! They are big enough to put clothing in to protect them in a suitcase or some place you think clothes could get dripped on or otherwise soiled. They are strong but light enough that you can wad up the extra or cut them off for smaller things. I use them in the kitchen all the time since they are food grade! They are larger and less expensive than zip lock or hefty bags . When I don't need the function of a zip closure...I use these to wrap around food all the time! They are wonderful for marinating meats. I use them most frequently to coat veggies that I want to roast in the oven. I just put in the veggies and put in about half as much oil as I normally would, then there is so much room for air in them that I can throughly yet gently shake them up and they come out nicely coated with just the perfect amount of oil! (works soooo much better than the typical directions of "drizzle with oil before baking"...where you end up drowning your food with more oil than you need!) I also use them to coat my salads with dressing without making individual items in the salad soggy with big clumps of dressing - you can use a lot less dressing, too! Cant say enough. Really so many wonderful uses!

Very thin plastic bag and not crystal clear, but seems to work well on a temporary basis.

I got these to be able to store some of my extra fabric on a shelf and keep the dust off. They work well for that, except that they are pretty thin and need to be handled delicately so I don't tear them. They would probably only be a one time use for shipping and I like to send reusable bags if I ship something so I think I'll stick with the 2 Mil bags next time. I had ultimately decided on these versus the 2 Mil because of price but I think that even a few dollars more is worth getting the 2 Mil bags.

These bags are great !! Really clear plastic... easy to see through. I ordered them so I could store all my handbags (even the largest ones fit) and boots so they stay clean and protected.. the bags are definitely thick and pliable enough to be durable and they were affordable . When I get time I will use them for my sweaters and such that I don't wear all the time..........why do I own so much stuff???? I should mention quick delivery too....I searched high and low for these bags in stores with no luck. I even tried to bribe the dry cleaner dude for some of his thin cheesy bags, he was not cooperative ....so I'm happy found these for all my future closet needs and beyond.

Very useful. I got them for bags of concrete -- to prevent them from getting wet during storage. I often have a few bags around and want to store them for the next project. For that purpose I would like a littler thicker plastic, but it's good enough. And I wish I could buy fewer bags, but now that I have them I find all sort of uses for them.

Bags arrived quick - excellent service! Have a new bedbug problem and was looking for plastic bags to put things in. I love the size of these bags however I misunderstood and thought they would come with some sort of seal or ties. I'm not sure if I can use them for this purpose now or not. I do not know how to go about heat sealing them..... So a little frustrated to have such great bags but not sure if I can even put them to use.

I am about to order my second 100 of them. I use them solely for cleaning out the cat litter box. They have much better initial integrity than a plastic bag from grocery checkout (that often has little holes), and are thick and strong enough that there is no chance of accidentally puncturing them or something leaking out. They are large enough that I put stuff in them, then tie the top in a knot, then I just toss them along with the rest of the trash.

These bags work fine and seem good quality, but I wouldn't really call them crystal clear or shiny, like a cello bag would be..The description does say shiny crystal clear finish, so that's what I was expecting.. I bought them to use with handmade craft items being sold, and I was really looking for something that was truly crystal clear.. These have just a slight fog to them.. It isn't bad, it just isn't what I expected and doesn't give a great presentation. The side seams do not split open, though, which is a plus. They would be great bags for something else, they just aren't exactly what I was looking for..
