Littman cardiology III replacement tubing, generic but does the job. My bell housing fit perfectly. The tubing is sturdy yet flexible and feels like the original. Not having a scope stuck in the neck lying position is great! Also not having dog bite marks in the tubing is excellent for hearing :). Good price and fast shipping got me up and working quickly.

Great way to replace your tubing without having to spend hundreds. It works just as well as it did before.

Not same sound quality as original but works acceptable. Three months and no issues. Good cheap option.

I bought this to replace the tube on my Littmann Master Cardiology stethoscope which was cracking. I’ve had this stethoscope for 10+ years so we had a good run together. This new tube and rubber earpieces are identical to the original and I didn’t notice any difference in sound quality either. My Littman was all black including the two metal ear tubes and the chest piece and I appreciate how metal ear tubes on the replacement are black too. It’s a heck of a lot cheaper than buying genuine Littmann replacement parts or a new stethoscope.

Perfect fit for my worn out 20 year old cardiology III, this is my second or third tube replacement. Should not store it around your neck, breaks down the tubing, but stethoscopes are a pain to try to store anywhere else on your person, so I just keep replacing.

Great replacement as my other stethoscope tubing had hardened and become unusable.

Tubing is sticky and pulls at my hair when stethoscope is around neck .
