Have not installed yet but the faucet appears to be high quality and support staff is great. Check your hose sizes and make sure they are right length for your installation

This tub filler is super sturdy and functions smoothly. Even the hand-held piece is all-metal, not plastic, which is great. I needed a longer hose for my install and got an IMMEDIATE call-back from customer service, and such polite and efficient help! That almost never happens these day! Very pleased with this product and company.

This faucet fills fast and looks great. Once we had the right length supply lines (2" shorter than what was originally supplied), install was pretty easy with two people. Work from the top down, and connect the lines at the bottom before you screw the brass support into the floor so you have room to tighten the lines. The company was so kind, helpful, and responsive in getting new line to us - a refreshing experience.

The tub faucet is very sturdy and good quality. Good installation instructions are provided and the customer service is excellent. I love how the top of the faucet can rotate for the ability to sit on either side of my tub and for ease of cleaning my tub. The handheld head is great for cleaning the tub also.

The tub filler arrived quickly and the packaging was amazing, they even provided cotton gloves to handle the faucet so you don’t scratch. The faucet looks beautiful and i love the look of the handheld. We haven’t installed it as of yet, so no photo, since the waterline that was provided is too short. Customer service was prompt and willing to send us longer hoses. Looking forward to the final install, and hoping the tub filler works as well as it looks. Definitely worth the money!!
