this is a great little thermometer and gives a reading in seconds. there is only 1 button on the unit, simply press to turn on then slip the reading sensor under your toung, unit will beep and then speak temperature. it comes talking in German but is easy to Switch Languages with the unit on, press the power button and hold for 8 seconds, until number 06 (German) appears. then single press to scroll through languages. 01 is English. could have done with a small pouch to keep it in to help keep it clean.

A little Gem
Audio- So very simple to use and what with my wifes failing eyesight and this being audio it is just what we needed -she can take her temperature without my help.

Das Thermometer ist für Blinde sehr gut. Hat nur 1 Knopf zur Bedienung, Sprachausgabe ist deutlich, laut genug und klar verständlich. Messung erfolgt schnell und präzise. Kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Prodotto proveniente dalla Germania quindi al primo utilizzo va impostata la lingua italiana come da istruzioni (è abbastanza semplice). Buon prodotto anche se non economico (come purtroppo tutti gli ausili per non vedenti) ma davvero utilissimo. Ha un display molto ampio e comunque il sintetizzatore vocale legge i dati. Il volume non è altissimo ma comunque sufficiente per la comprensione. La misurazione mi sembra accurata e soprattutto è molto veloce. Prodotto consigliatissimo per ipo/non vedenti al fine di migliorarne l'autonomia
