Can't get it at the store? Buy it here
I went to a popular home improvement depot and to my surprise, they did not have this 4-way rocker switch (not a common switch). I bought it here. It went right in, price was decent, and I haven't looked back since.

Not quiet
Overall the switch is ok, but I don`t know why it says "Quiet switch". It is not Quiet, I can hear its sound really well

Looks good and easy to install.
You buy Leviton for the name and typically in electrical that’s the name you go for. This installs easy as does any other switch.A huge call out I noticed was that these switches have much more resistance when pressing on or off. For example, the single pole switches have a nice feel when you turn on and off. This requires you to press the toggle harder in either direction. I bought 3 of them and this is consistent on all 3. Just something to know because I thought it would be easier to toggle than it is.

Work well, good information on back of switch
Works! I was intimidated to switch out the toggle switch 4-way for this new 4-way decora rocker switch. In the end, it turns out that I could not just install this one the same as the old one was installed as I did in the 3-way and single pole switches. Luckily, this was label in the back with input/output and the old switch had something similar which allowed me to figure it out and successfully get this working. It is a stiffer switch than the 3-way and single pole leviton switches, but not so bad that my husband or 4yr old daughter notices. I noticed because I have turned the new switches on and off so many times.

Works fine, but not really very quiet
Fantastic price, and it works just fine, replacing a broken switch that had been broken since we moved into the house a few years ago. (I keep turning the switch on and off just because YAY IT WORKS NOW XD )But it's not quiet. It's not _loud_ - it's just clicky - but I've bought quiet switches before and this one is louder than I'm used to hearing from switches advertised as specifically quiet. Maybe this is normal for decora-style and decora-style is louder than traditional-style? It's about as clicky as the other (not-specifically-quiet-style) decora switches in my house.Still, would totally buy again. Excuse me, I have to go turn some hallway lights on and off because I finally can. XD

Works!
This is pretty straightforward. This switch matches all the others I have been installing, and it works. What more can you ask for? You can either use the screws or the quick-connects in the back. I don't know why the product name says it's "quiet" because it isn't. It makes a loud click when you switch it on and off, but that doesn't bother me.For DIY folks: You only need one of these switches. I made the mistake of buying 3 thinking that all of the switches controlling the light needed to be 4-ways, since that's how it is with 3-way switches. They don't. Only the switch in the middle needs to be a 4-way. Look up some installation videos for the rest of the info you need. And since it doesn't mention it in the product description, a 4-way switch is needed to control one item, like a light, from 3 different locations.

Good switch, "residential grade" would usually mean it's technically inferior to a Commercial Grade, or a Spec Grade device. I found the action and build quality to be very similar to "Commercial Grade" switches I've installed in the past, and the $10.36 price tag better than the Commercial Grade price of $25 at The HD.I'm actually surprised they rate "Residential Grade" switches for up to 277v since that's not a Residential lighting voltage, but either way, the switch is good, Leviton is a very good device brandand I used it to replace a "Spec-Grade" 4-way switch that failed after 15 years.

No surprise.
Worked very well as design. $8 cheaper than my local hardware stores in Toronto.

Worked well. For some reason 4-way decora switches were out of stock everywhere locally, I had to resort to ordering online.
