Hello Dear Amazon buyer. I do not have information about your Bosch 18V model number. There should be a model number shown somewhere on your machine. The best way to match a drill chuck is to check the following points:
-mount-you can measure the mount by disassembling the old drill chuck and measuring the outside diameter of the male thread; there are three major mounts commercially in use 3/8"-24, 1/2"-20 and 9/16"-18. The last one is used exclusively by Milwaukee, to my knowledge. The outside diameter measured over the male thread (screw) should be a few thousands of an inch below the nominal diameter (0.375", 0.500" or 0.567", whichever is your case). The tightening screw accessible thru the open jaws has usually a left hand thread.
-has your machine a spindle stop built in? The drilling machines that have a spindle stop do not allow their spindle to rotate when trying to tighten the drill chuck using a higher torque. If the machine has a spindle stop then you may use a Rohm drill chuck without a retaining ring. If your machine does not have a spindle stop then it is best you choose a Rohm drill chuck with a retaining ring;
-once the old drill chuck is disassembled from your machine you may refer to the overall lengths listed in one of the pictures of the following links:

What is the warrenty on this item? Mine is slipping really bad.

Mine said it was a 5yr warranty..  I think it's past that now and the drill itself is getting weak but the chuck is still going strong. You just can't crack it full open and closed on #2 in a high powered drill all day long. It's hard to imagine these jaws slipping though.. I drive 3"-6" fasteners and drill 2" holes with it most days. I even  use it to grab broken screws from the wall by the threads.. The only thing mine slips on are tiny 1/32" drill bits. Are you Using it as a winch for a Batman style grapling hook?!
