I am a 57 yr old male, 6ft 2 210lbs. Active and own a commercial Dump trucking business, all repair and fabrication is done in house, the point is i am physicaly strong , i eat good food so when i cramp, it is Bad, it is violent and extremly painful, i know of no one who has cramps or muscle lockdown like i have. I have had to drive my fists as hard as i can punch to the backsides of my leggs (hamstring) just to get the cramp to let go. Horrible foot cramps in the arch. Hands, triceps, neck. Her passing in 2001 at that time i had cramping but nothing like what i am describing now, 17 years later. I made the order and i took some here and took some there and it really seemed to work, well let me tell you a truth.2 weeks ago i was really working hard getting equipment ready, we started interstate road milling about 14 hrs a day and heading straight to the shop finishing some heavy off season maint work that i got behind on because it was so cold this winter. I got really sore and rundown after about 4 days of little sleep. On the 5th or 6th days of this i was in bed maybe 30 min and both of my leggs went to a full on cramp, both hamstrings, violently, thought i was in big trouble. I managed to get on my feet and get 2 of the magnesium pills down with a good dose of water, i sat on the edge of the bed trying to remain calm with every mind game i can think of to get this backed down, in under 5 min time the magnesium took hold and just like that, GONE. No sign, no symptoms !! I’ve been taking this for a few years, and it’s really helped with my restless legs. I had no idea it had Vitamin D in it until I got some lab work done and my levels were great. The doctor asked if I was taking a supplement, and I said no—then I checked the bottle and saw it actually has Vitamin D too. Nice little bonus!
