Strong heavy duty
Great Item but I see them much cheaper on here

very efficient, wear gloves to assemble(for chicks :)), very sturdy
Bought this to keep the plans I'm currently working on accessible. This is surprisingly sturdy(make sure you get into the studs obviously) as some of my sets weigh 5-8lbs each and super easy to assemble. However, as a chick, I needed to wear gloves as some of the edges cut my hands during assembly(put gloves on right after the first cut, no problems)--also a factor of me not having MANLY hand strength lol... Also needed more grip strength as a chick to tighten the clamps to fasten some plans into the hangers(some plan sets are over 170pages)...once this was accomplished, the plans are super easy to access and the ability to label the plans makes it easy... also, you can mix different sizes using the same full size plan hangers if you don't mind the extra long edges(see pic)..I am, however, buying more hangers in different sizes to mix and match...Also, except for 4 screw holes, can reposition anywhere in my office easily if I need to move it with no damage to walls :)

Sturday, flexible, company has responsive customer service.
Received unit in good shape, but one caster had wrong size threads for the hole it needed to fit into.Sent a message via Amazon and got a reply back the same day. They apologized and sent out the correct caster and I received it in a couple of days.Finished assembly, and am pleased with the strength and flexibility of the unit. Can adjust height, and can adjust the length the front casters come out, to accommodate different size drawings.

Quick response from the company as they had missing bolts. Reached out and within a few hours they confirmed they would ship the missing parts. Product is very sturdy would be 5 stars just didn't have all the parts at first.

Price / quality
Amazing. Just what I wanted for my pffice. It looks so elegant and makes my office even more professional and organized. I dont want to say it is cheap but if you can afford one, please dont think about it and just get it. It'll vivify your office.

manufacturing defect
After waiting weeks for this to arrive, and wasting time putting it together, I discovered this item was incorrectly manufactured. As the photo shows, the horizontal bars have been welded at the wrong angle to the vertical bars. Unbelievable!
