Cordless air switch solves disposal issue in older home
The subject home was old enough that there was no switched outlet for the garbage disposal, although there was an unswitched outlet under the sink. This air switch was the perfect solution for the disposal installation. It was easy to hook up and install, and operation is good - the switch action feels good. I don't know anything about durability yet, but I can't think of a reason why it won't last.

Easy to set up
The hardest part of the installation was removing the old air gap that was no longer connected to anything. The whole job took less than 15 minutes.

Muy recomendable para cualquier triturador de alimentos
Ciertamente los trituradores de alimentos pueden funcionar con cualquier tipo de interruptor, incluso con un interruptor común y corriente de pared. Pero siempre hay que tomar en cuenta que la persona que está lavando los trastes o triturando restos de alimentos prácticamente siempre tendrá las manos mojadas. Ahí es donde está la clave de contar con un botón que activa por medio de aire el interruptor eléctrico de cualquier triturador. Incluso si le entra agua a la pequeña manguera, no pasará absolutamente nada. La persona que enciende y apaga el triturador por medio de este botón no tiene nada de qué preocuparse.Este modelo en particular nos funcionó muy bien, está mucho más cerca del alcance de la mano —comparado a haber instalado un interruptor de pared—, e incluso estéticamente combinó excelentemente con la tarja y llaves nuevas.Lo estamos usando con un triturador Waste King l-1001 Legend Series, pero puede servir para activar prácticamente cualquier otra marca o modelo.Muy, muy recomendable 👍🏻

Indispensable para las trituradoras de residuos bajo tarja, flexible en la elección del lugar a colocar y efectiva en su funcionamiento, yo la coloque debajo del granito de la cocina para evitar el perforar la piedra y se acomodo en el marco de madera de la puerta, lo cual fue de lo más sencillo
