The media could not be loaded. At first, I was skeptical about buying this type of faucet for cheap. Needless to say we are very happy with our purchase. This has been a great faucet so far. we have been using it for about 6 months now without any complaints.Pros:-color and finish is beautiful-Spray feature is strong and works well-has great flow-the handle has a nice firm feel like many of the higher end brands-the flexibility and range is excellent-Installation was very easyCons:I honestly do not have any cons about this faucet.If this is the style of faucet you are looking for, go ahead and pull the trigger on it. I would highly recommend to anyone that is worried about it being cheaply made.

The media could not be loaded. Gold and bold. The center piece of the island and looks stunning. This was a combo sale and purchased together as a set. Affordable than other websites. This faucet has a 2 flow settings. Straight and stream. No splashes and has a smooth flow. Some people complained of how the hose becomes loose. Yes, it does and all ypu do is pull it out gently and it retracts to its own. I love the coil design. Have had for months and no issues. We had a plumber install it without issues.Good quality and great design.

Because of the price, I was worried that the quality would't be there. We went ahead with it, because we're hoping to renovate the kitchen eventually ... if we love the faucet, we'll keep it. If not, it will tide us over. Happily, it has been impressive so far. I'll update if anything changes.The design is thoughtful; the build quality is solid; the temperature cartridge seems as good as any; the finish is perfect. And, unlike some faucets, it was designed to be very easy to install. The mounting nut is solid brass, and has a couple of screws that let you do the final tightening with a screwdriver—something you can easily fit into the tight space between the underside of the sink and the wall. The hoses and connectors seem like good quality. I like to spend as little time as possible crawling around under a sink, and Kraus has made my life easier than they might have.The hose extension works smoothly. The spray button is designed to reset on its own to regular flow. A nice touch.My only complaint is that the spray head itself is made out of plastic, not the confidence-inspiring plated brass of the rest of the faucet. But it's good quality plastic (ABS) that probably won't break. And Kraus seems to be a real company with customer service and parts availability, so if something breaks you should be ok.Finally, it looks great. Like a classy version of the sprayer you'd use to powerwash a mountain of pans in the dungeon a of restaurant. I realize this is not everyone's esthetic, but it works for me.

This is a long term review five years after buying the faucet.It looks and works great, but after 5 years the switch between jet and spray stopped automatically returning to jet after each use. Not a big problem, since the switching between modes still worked.However when checking my order for the part number so I could order spare parts to repair it I noticed it had a lifetime warranty.a couple of emails and a photograph of the batch number sticker attached to the cold water line and they send a new head which took less than a minute to install and now I have a perfect faucet once again.Next faucet I buy will certainly be another Kraus!

I bought this faucet in October 2021 and have had it installed for about 14 months now. It works beautifully and hasn't had any leaks. I really like the long pull out sprayer that reaches all corners of my double sink. It has good pressure and washes all the large food particles down into my waste disposal unit. The only knock on this faucet is that the sprayer head is all plastic and therefore more prone to wear and tear. As a matter of fact, the plastic switch on the spray head that controls the flow broke off a couple of weeks ago. After removing and disassembling the spray head, it was pretty obvious that this was the first part that was going to break since it's only connected by thin pegs that fit in holes. I called Kraus to open a warranty claim, and after sending them photos of the Amazon order, the broken button, and the tag from the cold water line, they sent me a replacement spray head within a few days, postpaid. Kudos to them for standing behind their product.Update: the spray head switch broke again. Since this was a replacement part it won't be covered under any warranty. I'm going to see if I can superglue the switch back on. If that doesn't work then I will have to buy a new sprayer. I'm removing a star for this repeated inconvenience.

I’m extremely happy with this kitchen sink faucet! The design is modern, it instantly upgraded the look of my kitchen. The water pressure is strong and consistent, and the swivel and pull-down features work smoothly. It was also very easy to install, even without professional help.

Bought for daughter’s kitchen sink . She loves it. Easy to use and installed easily. Cleans easy. She is very pleased with it. Water flow is great and is perfect height for her.

Both this this our new build.So far, so good. We've had it for about 4 months now and it works great.The look speaks for itself!
