Excellent choice..low carbs … it’s great for breakfast with banana and almond milk. Also, great in my So Delicious Yogurt.

My sister introduced me to this when I visited her during spring break. It is delicious and it is very low in sugar! When I returned home, I ordered it right away. It is great on yogurt or right out of the package.

One of my favorites. I mix this in cereal, oatmeal, cottage cheese and yogurt. It adds a nice crunch and tastes great. Filled with protein and Gluten Free. Will definitely continue to buy.

I have been using this for a year or so. I really like it. It's healthy and full of nutritious nuts, seeds, and blueberries. I add more blueberries. I freeze my blueberries so that they last longer and I add some almonds that I freeze also. All nuts can be frozen otherwise they go bad quickly. I've heard it said that you live longer when you include nuts in your diet. For a a cereal it's I feel full after having a serving.There is no sugar in it and that's important to me. It's a bit expensive though that's why I only gave it 4 stars.

Excellent addon to my morning cereal which is only daytime meal

I'm trying to watch my AC1 and keep my sugar in carbs down. This product seems to fit the bill nicely. Very low on both. And as an added bonus, it's absolutely delicious. Now I have to try not to eat too much of this stuff.

This granola is a healthy alternative to the grain-based cereals most of us were eating until discovering the negative affects of all that sugar. Stop eating sugar poison grain carbs! Bonus, this product has some blueberries in the bag, albeit dried sort of like raisins, blueberries are a super food and fun to eat!The good - tastes great. Mostly a whole food type product, not a lot of factory processing in granola. The bad - expensive per ounce. Eating healthy is far more expensive than eating cheaply, unless you've got the space and time to grow your own.Grain free! Grain free! Grain free!

I was pretty excited to get this because it sounded delicious. It is very greasy though, which I know probably comes from the nuts, but it seems greasier than nuts in a can. The flavor is rather lackluster, which is disappointing because it smells good, but none of that translates when I eat it, not even the blueberries, they are very underwhelming.I thought it was expensive to begin with, but I am willing to spend more on a good product, which this is not for me.The portion size is a 1/3 of a cup, which I guess is pretty standard for cereal, but I wouldn't call it a meal. I don't really do the keto thing, the product just sounded good to me. Maybe the above issues would be okay for someone if they are wanting to stick to a keto diet, but I wouldn't expect this to make a meal on one serving for breakfast, but that is me personally. If you don't eat much at each meal, this may do it for you.Overall I am not a fan of the product and will not be purchasing it again, especially at the price. I'd rather just get some different nuts and seeds and add blueberries to them, maybe sprinkle on some vanilla and cinnamon to meet my personal taste buds.
