Good little laptop for everybody browsing and school work.

The battery life is a bit lanky it only stays full powered for 2-3 hoursThe computer’s weight is amazing very lightweight like an iPadThe speed is great as well it works really fastVery easy to use especially with the touchscreen featureIt was in great condition no scratches or dents anywhere so no issues whatsoever however it does tend to over heat quickThe size is so far a bit small but it’s great for computer games like Roblox or Minecraft and for business use like for university students or even computer science100/10 would recommend 👏

Much better than a Chromebook. The touchscreen is a nice feature but I don’t use it a lot. It holds a great charge for battery life and is powerful enough to support Microsoft office applications, many chrome tabs, and zoom calls at the same time.

I wanted to be very excited by this purchase. The laptop is beautiful and the system runs well. But, this product, inspected by professionals??? Was shipped to me unable to charge… I am going to do some of my own trouble shooting and if it goes smoothly I’ll report back with a better rating. I really want this to work out. It just seems like charging is such a basic function I don’t know how the hell it was the thing that was missed by these “experts”.Edit: Best Buy are the real hero’s here. Was able to get the problem diagnosed. Amazon wouldn’t even send me a replacement charger, even tho it was established the initial one was faulty. So much for a warranty.Over all good price- but you might spend a little more time and money covering for amazons “experts”

This laptop seems almost new with very minor scratches on its black finish. One surprise i got is that it wasnt the Alcantara finish (cloth) but a metal finish. Its works like a regular laptop and for a bit over 300$ its a good price.

Looks and works like new. I paid a bit extra for "excellent" condition but would have been OK with used.Laptop has a heavy feel as it's all meatal. My laptop came with Windows 10 Pro but upgraded immediately to 11 Pro without any issues.I was concerned an i5 with 8 GB memory may be too slow for me. Happy to say it runs perfect for my uses. I'm a mid-life adult using it for web browsing, light excel and streaming video. All work great. I plan to use this for at least 5 years.Can't beat it for the price. Microsoft makes good hardware devices.

Having already owned had a Surface 2 laptop that was taken over by the wife, I was in need of another laptop. I am a fan of the Surface products from Microsoft, having had a couple for work and last the Surface 2 for personal use. I found this on Amazon and was hesitant to purchase a refurbed unit but after reading the reviews and the promise of a good return policy, I decided to take a chance and could not be more pleased. I will be purchasing another one very shortly. The unit was described as being in excellent condition and other than it not being in the original box, I cannot tell it from brand new. I would definitely not hesitate especially with the savings over a brand-new unit. I do not game but use primarily for keeping finances, spreadsheets, family tree etc.

If you dont have one, you need one! I not only was able to take this thing out of the box (open box deal, but brand new) and quickly be updated and up and running. It literally took me 10 minutes and that was it! Now this thing is running a full dual monitor setup in my home office. I purchased the hub which allows you to plug in 2 displays as well as other usb ports and ethernet port, audio port, its perfect! They have mini display ports that you'll need to use adapters for hdmi monitors, but again on amazon I got the hub and two adapters for much less than regular price as open box/returned items. Huge savings and in the end I got it all for half price or better, wow. Thanks
