These are so good and taste just like Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I've been on a low carb/keto diet, and it is so hard to find good snacks. Or if you do, they are expensive. I crave something sweet in the evenings and fruit or yogurt do not cut it, I just wanted a "real" snack. With this cereal, I feel like im actually having a treat and not just settling for something that actually doesn't satisfy my craving. The bag has a decent amount of servings and is less costly than other keto friendly options. A plus is that these also have protein, which is an added benefit that I appreciate since I exercise a lot.

Protein content:High protein, low carb cereal that tastes great. I’m happy they improved the flavor because it’s 100% better than it was before. I will continue to purchase this product because aside from being a cereal, it’s a great snack that satisfies my sweet tooth right out of the bag.

I have bought this cereal a few times because I love the cinnamon taste and I need to add some protein to my diet. I add fruit and milk. Be careful you don’t fill your bowl too much, or you will run out quickly. The portions are meant to be small. Be aware that many protein cereals do have a cardboard-like consistency, which this cereal doesn’t have. Enjoy!

I Love this cereal. If there was more in each bag I’d give it 5 stars. If you want a “sweet” treat without the sugar, carbs or gluten, this is for you!

I love this cereal SO SO much. It’s super crunchy and just chocolatey enough. It’s not sweet, which I like, so it’s more like cocoa rather than commercial chocolate. As a gluten sensitive, lactose intolerant, sugar conscious eater, I love it on Greek yogurt in the morning to boost my protein and fiber intake with some berries.

A great secret for those of us minimizing carbs and maximizing protein. I eat this (or one of the other flavors) almost every day and always feel satisfied.

With 11g of protein, 9g of fiber and 0g sugar, I thought I found my BFF of cereals. It’s awesome that there’s no sugar, but if I can be honest, there’s also absolutely no taste. It tastes like soggy cardboard. I know this cereal gets rave reviews, and there’s really nothing else out there with protein and fiber content this high, but unless I sprinkle some kind of sugar substitute on it (which I was really really hoping to avoid), it’s fairly inedible for me. Very very bummed out.

Great crunch and very satisfying. I like this brand and think they have a great quality product, so far my favorite is their berry cereal and will probably only order that one moving forward. The cinnamon one just tastes a bit too artificial for me.
