Weize Power Tongue Jack, 3500 Lb. Heavy Duty Electric Trailer Jack with Drop Leg, 23-5/8" Lift, 12V DC

I purchased one of these for our #3500 travel trailer. All was well for about 11 months and then it just suddenly quit working. I took it apart and discovered that the electric motor had quit working. I contacted customer support and they promptly answered my question. I was merely wanting a replacement electric motor as I could not find any markings on the motor to buy a new one. Instead, they gave me a full refund and I used that to purchase another one that is working great. Only reason I gave four stars instead of five is the aggravation of having to troubleshoot and replace unit. Other than that it works great.

I've had this tongue jack on my nuCamp T@G for 9 months. It's been good up until two weekends ago. I got home from a trip and went to unhitch, and the motor seized and shorted the fuse. I tried using the supplied hand crank, but it completely locked up. I replaced the fuse, then took the cover and housing off the motor to try to figure out why it won't even crank. The bottom gear slipped and fell. The top gear gets stuck on the bottom one, causing it to stop abruptly. We tried removing the top gear, but it's basically hammered in place so you cannot remove the gear. I won't be buying again and I wish I could return this one.

UPDATE: The team actually reached out to me! I’m very impressed with the customer service. They offered to ship me another unit free of charge.This arrived, I installed it before testing like a dummy. It required welding for my installation. The motor does not work. I removed the wiring panel and ran the ground and power wires manually to test the motor. What a waste of money.This is the first bad experience I’ve had on Amazon, and I have spent tens of thousands on here.

Haven’t really used it too much yet, but was easy to install. The little bit of use that we have gotten out of it so far seems like it will be a lot easier than the crank. Will update when get more use out of it.

It was super easy to install and works just fine. I would like it to fun faster though as is quite slow.

It did everything I expected and no muss no fuss

We have a 12k pound tow behind camper. Much quieter than the last (wife asked why I wasn't leveling the camper, quiet.) The cover is as huge bonus as water intrusion took out the last one. The 3500lb jack had no issues lifting our camper and also lifting when on the ball to install the stabilizer bars.

The media could not be loaded.  My video pretty much says it all. But if you are looking at this, then you know you need something. Just get it. I actually made this video for my friend because she was considering buying it, and I think I said in the video as well just get it. Just. Get. It.I will say that you have to torque those bolts on and get them through the paint to ground that Jack. I don't know why they didn't just give you a positive and negative cable but whatever. I have my battery all hooked up over there but it still has not worked yet. It is not super high priority because it is so easy to operate without being hooked up to power.
