This product is excellent. Clean tasting and has both Tendoforte and Fortegel, which are two peptides developed by the company Gelita and backed by clinical research. Since I have tendon injures I am doing double the dose after reading more about I ton the Gelita blog. I also like that there is only a slight gelatin flavor. Some peptides have other ingredients like probiotics or vitamins. My sister-in-law bought one that literally smelled and tasted like powdered hooves! I can put a scoop in my coffee and it dissolves well. It does alter the taste slightly if you drink coffee black. But if you use sugar or cream, you likely will not notice any change in flavor. I use a scoop before my workout and another when I come back in my recovery smoothy.

This supplement really helps before I start to work out. You take it thirty minutes before you exercise and it keeps your joints, from pain after your exercise.

I've had a great experience with them so far. I originally purchased two and had an issue with them but the customer service was excellent and quick. Kudos for good customer support. As for the product itself, based on studies, it takes a while for it to kick it, but I suppose I do notice some improvement with my joint and tendon issues. It's hard to say clearly if that's really the "x-factor" but it doesn't hurt. I'd say that if it were priced around $35, it'd a 5 star product. Pros: - NSF certification - combination of ingredients to assist with claimed purpose - some studies that show it's effectiveness (possibly still biased but better than nothing I suppose) Cons: - priced fairly high to be taking on a regular basis - unflavored but still has a scent (most, if not all collagens will have this similar scent)

this is my second container of the product to give it enough time to make sure that it is actually working for me. Some people have had a problem with it mixing well with drinks, and I have found that if I put it in before I brew my coffee, it dissolves relatively well, but nothing a spoon does not fix within a couple seconds. Does it always mix perfectly know but nine times out of 10 it does and it’s so simple to fix it if it doesn’t.

I've just finished my 1st order of this and placing my 2nd. I experienced no side effects at all with this product and do feel some relief with joint pain and mobility. It does dissolve fast and tasteless in hot liquids. I use a hazelnut creamer and this in my coffee and think it even adds an extra boldness that I enjoy. I have tried it in a cold Trevi drink mix and it changed the flavor of it for the worst so I didn't do that again. It is a little pricey but seems effective

Could not figure out why my sodium was tanking every single day. I got to the point where I had to spoon salt into my mouth many times a day to keep upright. No exaggeration, I would need up to 6000mg of sodium daily to keep from getting lightheaded. I could not for the life of me figure it out. I had been putting this in my coffee for months and would have never imagined this being the reason. The day after I stopped taking it I almost threw up the salt I took. My body violently no longer needed it or wanted it. It took about two weeks to recalibrate but now I’m back to normal. The best guess from ChatGPT is that ingredients in this product pull sodium into the gut and depletes your body. So you have to constantly replenish. I progressively got worse over months of intake so if you’re experiencing electrolyte issues, stop taking this for a week and see how you feel. It should be noted that I did not see any notable improvements in my joints or ligaments considering my severe depletion of electrolytes. It actually made my fascia feel like it was constantly tearing everywhere in my body. That took a few weeks to get better as well. What a horrifying experience. I do not recommend.
