These minerals really work. For over a year I had a mouth/gum sore that would heal and reappear. I had tried several solutions but continued with the same repeated mouth/gum sore. I’ve been taking product for less than a month, I’m not sure how it’s working but I do have more energy. I’m taking to repair a bone fracture in my lower vertebrae and waiting a little longer to find out if it’s working.

Still testing. Its only been 5 days, will update on 30 days. So far, it immediately seems good with preventing cramps, but I think a 30 to 90 day test is best.

This supplement has really been a game changer and addition to the other supplements that I take on a daily basis. I also take his Vitamin D supplement with the 10,000 units. When I'm feeling a little sluggish these trace minerals really do help to pop me up during the day or when I am fasting. I didn't think that they would make such a difference but I was thoroughly impressed by this formulation
