The tool can be turned by inserting a small screwdriver or hex wrench through the hole in the end of the tool. SPECIFICATIONS: - Flywheel outside diameter: 1.38 inch (35.1mm) - Collet natural inside diameter: 0.28 inch (7.0mm)- Black spring wire size: 0.93mm- Gold spring wire size: 0.99mm- Silver spring wire size: 1.09mmCOMMENTS: - Changing springs: - 1.) Note orientation of shoes and springs- 2.) Remove steel shoe retainer plate by gently prying it off with a flat head screwdriver- 3.) Change springs and reinstall shoes and springs on the pivot pins- 4.) Insert tool into steel shoe retainer plate; tool has three nubs that engage with three openings in retainer plate- 5.) Align steel shoe retainer plate with clutch and, while providing downward pressure, rotate the tool counterclockwise until the retainer plate is fully inserted into clutch and aligned with
