UPDATE to Previous Review: Originally I did find the unit to show rusting right after installed and wrote a review about that and the hardware. The company contacted me about a partial refund or return and I accepted the partial refund so I could repaint the places rusting and purchase some different bolts for the swing arm connection. The unit is very stable and I am happy with the purchase. I feel the company went above and beyond to address my concerns and would definitely purchase from then again the the future.

Ok so I got this to be able to easily carry my husband's folding electric wheelchair around easier than having to fold it and lift it into the cargo area. In that it's perfect, however my husband's wheelchair is narrower than most of the higher priced electric wheelchairs on the market such as jazzy etc and just barely fits. It's sturdy enough and easy enough to assemble. May be a bit heavy for elderly people as its about 75lbs assembled. Is as mentioned a bit narrow so make sure you carefully measure your chair or scooter but overall for our purpose it's a great product and price wasn't bad either compared to some on the market.

The product is very sturdy and well built. The problem is the instructions. There is not a parts list that names each part that is discussed. Also, the first instruction is to put the hitch pin in and all there is is a far away picture that does no good whatsoever. I believe you would have to have a bolt with a pin in it to hold the part to the truck's hitch but the only part that will fit the hole is a bolt with a nut which I do not want to use while driving 5 hours and letting that nut loosen which it will. Also there is no phone number to contact sevenblacksmiths, you must email them and then the response is very sparse.

My scooter arrived early, was all packaged and easy to assemble best value for the money....

I ordered this for my mobility scooter. Although mine disassembles for putting in the vehicle, I decided I did not want to use up valuable cargo space when I use the scooter. This rack arrived quickly and will be great for me. Everything is just as it shows and is described. All hardware is included although I ordered hitch lock pins for security.

The ramp for back of SUV is not as advertised. The seller is unfair. OurAmazon Prime is not helping us resolve the issue. I'm a senior disabled Female. Purchased to be able to get it on back of car with my electric scooter. Seller emailed for me to lift it? Unreal. The ramp sits too high off ground to get the electric scooter up.The hinges on top side would make impossible to get over even if not to high.I have filed two A-Z claim with my Amazon Prime. Both rejected in refuding my money. I'm on a very tight fixed income.So disappointed in Amazon for not helping. Dealing with seller impossible.Offered me 20.00 . It cost me 202.68.

Nice rack. I got for scooter and hoped that it would go up and down easier then it does. I’m 69 and would not be able to lower gate up and down with ease.
