Used to work just fine but now it wont go any louder. The volume knob doesnt work either. I've had it less than 5 days. Is it something i can fix?

To be honest you're better off cutting your losses and buying something else. Mine turned into poop just as quickly and they would not send me a new unit.

How do i get the audio out in sync? it is wayyy off

My turntable never even moved. I cannot answer any questions since I was unable to move the turntable

Yes, if your didn't receive the electricity cord, please email to us by email, we will resend you a new cord. customerservice@ttinno.com
