Super comfortable lol! Its cushioned back is comfortable cushioned back and the padding seat is firm. There is an added storage in the ottoman, so I have extra space to store things. It’s big enough and the color Dark Gray is so gorgeous and it’s super easy to clean.

Fits in my tiny house living room just right. Nice looking and moderately comfortable. Good for the price paid.

My couch was delivered earlier than expected. Albeit one box at a time, six boxes total, each day in a span of a week. It was honestly amusing piecing it together each evening. Ironically the instructions were in the last box delivered.Customer support is very much responsive. Amazon only gave me one tracking number. After receiving two boxes I contacted the seller, who quickly have me the tracking numbers for the remaining boxes. They even sent me a follow up email, after everything arrived, making sure everything arrived.The couch is has comfortable firmness. It's smaller, modular design is perfect for tighter living spaces.

Very nice couch that can be rearranged and cleaned easily with zippered enclosures. I did have one cushion that was defective. Customer service was super quick and courteous and they replaced it free of charge. Will be again and have a small Airbnb and looking for another couch with this company.

I absolutely love this sectional. The color and material are great and it was extremely easy to put together by myself. The longest part was going over the instructions and making sure I had all the pieces. After that the first piece took me 15 minutes and each additional piece took about 7-10 minutes to complete.I was confused because I initially received 4 of the 6 boxes that were supposed to be delivered and I contacted the seller. They got right back to me and provided the additional tracking number for the other 2 boxes (which were delivered the next day). I have no complaints because it said the set would be delivered on the 21st but I received the first 4 boxes on the 10th and the last 2 on the 11th.
