This was recommended by my optometrist and they do work beautifully. Pills are huge, but easy to swallow.

This supplement really helps me with my dry eye problems. I rarely need dry eye drops.

It Works for DED
I have found this actually makes a difference for my dry eyes. I live in an extremely dry climate. When I use these supplements along with eye drops (Retaine) and a hot compress once a day, my symptoms go way down. It took some adjusting at first—stomach upsets. Now I take one with each meal and I’m fine.

Works Well for Dry Eyes
My ophthalmologist recommended these supplements after I was diagnosed with dry eyes. I’ve been taking them consistently for about three months, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement. Before starting these, I frequently experienced a burning sensation in my eyes. Since taking them, that feeling has decreased noticeably. What really confirmed their effectiveness for me was when I ran out and went about two weeks without taking them—the burning sensation came back. Once I restarted them, I noticed improvement again. Because of that, I now make sure to keep an extra bottle on hand so I don’t run out. The only downside is the dosage—you have to take four capsules daily. While they are easy to swallow, taking that many pills can be a bit much, especially if you already take other supplements. That said, for me, the results have been worth it. Overall, this has been a very effective supplement for managing my dry eye symptoms, and I plan to continue using it.

Slow and steady but it helps
Doctor recommended for ocular rosacea. This is a portion of my treatment plan and my eyes are better!

Worth a try.
If you have serious dry eye, try this. My eye doctor suggested it because I’ve been through radiation, 5 yrs of a cancer drug, and then about 5 yrs later 6 months of chemo and 2 years of follow up chemo. He said that my oil glands in my eye lids had been negatively impacted. The eye association does not sell this product, and they don’t don’t make money from the sales through Amazon. I take 2 a day because the omega 3 oil can be rough on my system. I’ve felt a positive difference since taking this. Give it time to work.
