would have been a 5 star but some of the bolt and screws were missing. Still able to use by tying ribbon in that spot. maybe include the hardware in a sealed bag. it is sturdy and full!

Customer Service was no help at all When I got the delivery I was very excited I open the box I took out the two pieces the wreath quality was great The size was perfect for the house it was missing some wingnuts to put it together and also there were four different plugs on the wreath which made it difficult for me to understand how to put it together and make it light up I called customer service to get wingnuts and also get some clarification on how to Put the four plugs together on the wreath so that it lights up and the woman I spoke to asked me for my Amazon order number which I gave her she couldn’t find me in the system I never got wingnuts and she had no instruction for me to help me put the wreath up. I needed to know what plug went where I try to Google it I tried to go to the site to see if I could find direction on the plugs and I never found it. I went to a local store and bought my wing nuts and spoke to somebody there and they told me what I needed to do to make the wreath light up and we and where to put the plugs and how to assemble the plugs it is working but I don’t really know if I’m happy with the way the wires are hanging in the middle of the wreath.

I searched all over for a prelit wreath with a battery pack so I didn’t have to deal with cords and finding a power source. I was so happy to find this wreath! It’s beautiful & very good quality, but didn’t include the battery pack promised in the product description. When I contacted the manufacturer to request the missing battery pack they told me that they probably wouldn’t get the parts until after the new year. Pretty disappointed that the product I received was not what was described.

The only thing that would make this better is if it had a battery option. It's thick and hardy, even more than the Carl's Jr burger.

This large wreath is the focal point of my outdoor holiday lights display. It fits right in the peak of my front porch. I'm loving it!

I needed a new large lighted wreath to hang outside on the gable end of our house for the holidays. I looked at few online and settled on this one, and it was a great choice. The wreath was delivered quickly. It is built on a very sturdy metal frame and comes in two halves for easier storage. Four, either 1/2 or 5/8 in., bolts are provided to put the two halves together, and two small wrenches are even provided. The electrical connection for the two halves and to a power source are really well built as you plug in and, then, slide a plastic sleeve down into a screw-on cap which makes the connection totally water/weather proof. Fluff-up the greenery, and it is ready for hanging. The lights are LED and very bright. We received several compliments on it. Very happy with the purchase.

Easy to assemble, the wreath is well made, realistic and full, the lights worked when I plugged it in. There are 2 plug ins, one for each half of it and I think the cords will be long enough to reach my outlet. Because the box it was shipped in was an appropriate size it also didn't take long to fluff it up!
