Yes it should. You’ll have to sew it on with a sewing machine. I’m using it to keep my knee compression sleeve from slipping down.

Q: can it be sewn on a sewing machine?

I handed sewed it onto the shorts but I cannot see why it could not be sewed on with a machine. They do a good job keeping the shorts from slipping up.
