We had it with our cruddy counter stools, so I was scouring the Marketplace and Amazon for something affordable but attractive. We like the distressed-look furniture, because we have kids and they distress things even more. Buying pre-distressed is the way to go, lol. Couldn't beat the price on these stools. I put them together by myself one morning this week while drinking my coffee. Everything was in the box, everything was drilled properly, and they assembled quickly and easily. They are SO comfortable! They are like full-size dining chairs, just counter height. We homeschool, and my kids do a lot of their work at the kitchen counter, so these are definitely student-approved. Love!

These are beautiful chairs! We were looking for barstools for almost a year because we did not want to spend $300 per chair for nice barstools. We bought 2 sets of these because we needed 3 chairs. We purchased these 2 sets for $300 total and they are worth every Penny we spent. $75 a barstool is unheard of and they are sturdy, Have a large seat and are very comfortable! They were easy to put together but it took me about 2 hours to put all four together by myself. Highly recommend!

They are perfect for the counter. The materials are not solid wood, but they are none the less, sturdy. Great buy and great look.

These are lovely but they are NOT bar stools. They are regular chairs for a regular table.

We purchased the chairs to go with this table that we saw at Ashley Furniture. We saved quite a bit of money by ordering online and putting them together ourselves. It was unique table because it opened into a square so we had to get the matching chairs. The chairs are so comfortable. The padding makes them so soft. I love the distressed look. Almost a perfect five but two of the chairs have a tiny wobble. We fixed it by adding felt squares to the bottom of the legs. We ended up replacing our bar stools with the chairs so now we have six chairs.

Easy to follow instructions. Took me an hour to put together by myself. Perfect height for my island. Very comfy and sturdy.

Wow. I really love these chairs. We only needed three, but at the price we can afford to have a spare. The color is perfect for us...it's a light "greige". The seats are very padded and comfy. And they are very sturdy. We are a little on the hefty side (cough, cough) and they hold our big butts very well.If I had to come up with one complaint, it would be that a couple of the ladderback edges were a little splintery. Quick fix with a nail file, and because of the shabby edges it doesn't effect the look.
