Quite happy with this. However needs better instruction.

I purchased this for essential oils. I set everything up as best I could, since there were no directions or any paperwork whatsoever. The hot plate WILL boil water, however there is a need for a bit of foil for insulation. Everything sealed properly. My only gripe is that the bridge between the two columns is not 90 degrees as I show in one of the pictures.

Burner didn't work, and whole system is too small to really get a decent amount of Essential Oils. Also both the condenser and oil separator broke before using. The water exit tube on the condesor just snapped off when first attaching rubber feeding hose. The oil separatorglass that encased the stop valve just cracked and fell off before any vapors had been coklected. I do love the keck clamps and the stand that came with it. Rest is just meh... Purchase elsewhere bc you probably will end up doing it anyways shortly after first use

the hotplate is subpar id suggest getting a better hotplate as the one they sent is very slow heating up but it will get the job done im just impatient. overall i love this kit id also suggest getting the biggest one they have to save time, depending on your materials you have to use

I would like to say that the seller and the product are worthy of 5 stars. It arrived in 2 days, shipping included in the price. They handled all my customer issues and questions personally and were very eager to satisfy me as a customer. The glass is very thick and the places where they join are reinforced. Instructions are clear. I recommend to anyone wishing to make essential oils. If you want a 220V burner just ask for it otherwise it comes with 110V.

Well, we were very excited to try this, but one of the main glass pieces arrived with a broken tip and the 100mL cup was also chipped. We hope the set can still work even though the glass tip arrived broken. We will see if it is still useable, because I don’t have the time to go through the hassle of returning the whole set.

Just got this set it up pretty quickly and it works like a champ some of the parts are a little clunky and i ordered an extra arm for support just because i like to be 100% i think the only real issue is the heat source it just sucks because of how much contact area there is.. which is not much. So I am going to get a mantal to really properly heat this thing and see what happens.
