These are good and sturdy - been in use a few months now, with no problems. Slightly tricky to fix in place as you need to use the mounting holes which are actually accessible in your workpiece, taking account of your preferred fixing method (I was using machine screws & locking nuts) - a template would be a good idea to make this just a bit easier.

Good solid product easy to fit only problem I found is if this product was made so opening catches where on out side or left and right difficult to open when one catch is on inside

Bought to extend a table using folding legs. This item enabled the legs to be folded and locked at 90 degrees. The item may seem a little pricey but you get the strength and the condidence it will do the job. If I needed nto do a similar job this is the item I would go for.

Sturdy, but only locks in open form
Good construction and definitely doing their job. I'd say worth it for the price and would buy again if the project called for it.One thing I think should have been included is that it locks in both the open and closed positions, as now it only locks when open, and if you unlock it it could go any angle until it's locked in open position again.I used it to make an extension to my dining table - happy with it!
