This is highly recommended for a FODMAP diet, and although I've never figured out if I really need the FODMAP diet, the very light touch of garlic makes it a welcome addition to some of my stir-fry recipes. Can't go wrong with this product, however it's a bit expensive and I tend to use it sparingly

Excellent garlicky taste! I use this garlic oil in place of garlic because I get bloated from eating anything with garlic. I use it as an addition to my salads, for marinades, etc. The uses are limitless! In my opinion, the quality is outstanding! Other people have different taste preferences, obviously but since I love the taste of garlic, I love this oil. If you're trying it for the first time. I suggest using it sparingly because the garlic taste is quite pronounced! As you acquire a taste for it. increase the amount used, as desired. Everything I cook with this oil tastes fantastic and I'm so glad I gave it a try!

I’m unfortunately not able to eat garlic or onions because I’m on a low-FODMAP diet and my GI doctor recommended this brand. No garlic pieces makes it safe for those of us who can’t have fructans and it adds delicious garlic flavor to cooking. Safe and reliable, unlike some brands that have tiny pieces of garlic inside.This has saved me from a life with no flavor and truly makes it hard to tell I didn’t use real garlic. I wish it wasn’t so expensive for so little oil, but it’s high quality, great garlic flavor and never upsets my stomach so….

This can be used to cook a lot of different things and gives plenty of garlic taste and scent. It’s handy when you don’t have fresh garlic or don’t want to mess with slicing the real thing.

Good garlic flavor. Excellent for cooking or drizzling on a salad.

I cant have raw garlic even cooked but infused garlic oil my tummy does fine. I have ulcerative colitis & so this seems to do ok for me & i still get that garlic flavor in my foods.

Expensive but good quality and flavor.
