Great bar for loop bands
Loop bands (not the tube bands) training has been very effective for me. This bar works very well with 41 inch loop bands. You can also get heavy duty carabiners for the end eyelets or you can wrap the loop band directly on the bar. You can search You Tube for all the different type of exercises you can do. All in all, this bar is an excellent bar and great value too.

If you own clip exercise bands this is a must buy!
Like you we are all trying to solve the no gym issue. Our homes have become a creative exercise domain. This adds a whole new workout to your new routine. It does not come with the bands, but it also clearly states they are not included. I can strongly recommend those bar. It’s metal with padding on the grip. It’s sturdy and does not appear to have a breaking point(that we will ever reach). I guess the only wish I would have is it could be a little longer. But that’s it. Highly recommended, and if the gym does not open soon we all will have what we need in our homes. Make sure to buy bands that have a clips....

Sturdy. Affordable. Versatile.
Love this bar. It’s sturdy and the foam grips make it comfortable to grip. I use it for specific routines, mostly for my lats, and it works both with resistance bands as well as with a machine I sue for rows. It’s also affordable.

Decent product
Holding up well. I use this on the free motion cable machine as well as the elastic bands. So far no issues and the hook attachments are holding strong.One complaint?? The bar feels very light/hollow. The bar is rated for a good a amount of stress, so hopefully it won’t buckle. It hasn’t so far.

I have been looking for this for a long time.
I have been looking for a bar that I could do some golf exercises with on a cable machine. This fits the bill. It is tough enough, the right length. Perfect for the exercises in my fitness regimen.

Awesome barbel! Just check the size of your resistant band connector hooks
Sturdy and well designed bar. Awesome logo! Love it. Just make sure the pressure hooks on your resistance bands fit the thickness/inner diameter of the barbel end rings. Mine did not so I had to buy 2 attachment rings at a hardware store. Frustrating, but my fault for not checking.
