The two high efficiency 410W Sharp solar panels in this kit feature the unique PERC technology with 10 busbars to extract more power from a smaller area, an IP68 rated design fitted with 2x 1.25m cable with MC4 connectors and Half-cut cell construction to decrease internal losses. This kit also includes a 3kW 24V Iconica Hybrid Inverter which intelligently combines the following in one single unit: 1. 3kW 24V Pure sine wave inverter: Converts DC current from the solar panels into 230V AC mains electricity to run various appliances. Strong peak power handling capability of up to 6000VA (to start appliances with electric motors). 2. Inbuilt 40A MPPT solar charge controller: Regulates the input from the solar panels to the batteries, with protection against overcharge, overheating, reverse current etc. Operates at up to 98% efficiency for maximum power. 3. 25A Smart battery charger: Safe & efficient unattended charging of the batteries from a mains power source or generator, with full overcharge protection and multiple charging stages. N.B: This inverter can accept input from the solar panels, mains power/ a generator and the batteries. Also includes a PC software CD & cable to view important system info. Can be connected to a Wi-Fi connection kit (sold separately) to unlock remote monitoring and communication functions. The 2 x 100Ah AGM Deep Cycle Batteries in this kit are 100% sealed non-spillable and maintenance free. Longer service life and lower self-discharge rate than standard wet-cell batteries.
