Very High in Fiber
Adzuki Beans are my FAV! No soaking and they cook within 60 minutes! When I tell you they are high in fiber we are taking 12.7 grams! And they are so DELICIOUS! I eat them everyday! I still eat my Pinto and Black beans but these are my Favorite!!
