Book Folding For Beginners: Step-by-Step Instructions & Patterns (Book Folding Patterns and Instruction)

Very easy craft project with minimal supplies needed. I used a silver paint marker to define the design a little bit after I folded it. Book instructions have the size of book and pages needed to complete each project.

Love this book. Very easy directions to follow and the results were so cute. Ended up ordering additional patterns on line for gifts. Fun, easy hobby

I love the simplicity of the patterns in this book. It is so much fun! There are a couple that I modified a bit, but overall a great starter. I did write in the size of the book needed and number of pages next to each pattern name in the table of contents. When I got her newer book, this is done for you. It helps me to find what pattern I can make with the books I have on hand. Recommend it.

I don't write very many reviews, but I was so-o-o-o-o-o excited about receiving this book that includes many of the patterns I would be interested in (for the average cost of 4 patterns, this book offers 16 patterns, all but 3 that I would use or even want to use; then find the "bunny" pattern that I really wanted to do has really "wonky" directions. I am a "newbie" at book folding. (Step instructions could be helpful for someone who has never folded a book pattern, and all patterns are the easy MMF style, BUT directions for a pattern should NOT start on "sheet 143." Further if I actually count the sheets, ignoring #143, there seems to be 108 sheets which would mean a 216-page book, but the materials called for say a 218-page book, which would be 109 sheets (adding to confusion--fearing it is not even the correct pattern since wrong number of sheets for the 218-page book called for vs the 108 sheets counted from the starting sheet of 143. Being new: (1) I am a bit nervous about trying to use this pattern to learn it was a waste of time; and (2) for $19.95 it doesn't take a 10-year-old to proof to double-check numbers. NO PATTERN for folding should start with "sheet 143!" The book would be 5-stars, so I am being generous with 3-stars for a book that has a pattern clearly NOT CORRECT! I am not near the means to upload a photo of the pattern's first page that indicates materials, how to calculate start page, and then the start of the pages with measurements to mark for the folding, as stated--starting #143!! AGGRAVATING.UPDATE: I contacted the Seller and almost immediately she emailed me the corrected pattern; then went far beyond the "extra mile," to make this right! VERY Kind and truly appreciate the "extra" that she did for me, to make this right. I LOVE the book, but was disappointed, as above, that the bunny pattern was incorrect. It was explained that an upload mistake was made and has since been corrected!

Very easy to follow instructions and my first book was a great success. I can not wait to try more patterns!

This book is a must for beginners. The mark, measure, fold method of these patterns is the best way to begin the art of book folding.

There were lots of quality photos and hints and tips along the way. There are also some GREAT patterns in the book.

Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Stunning designs & patterns. I only started doing these in November and have made lots for presents.
