Bees decided to attempt to make a home out of my AC unit and started coming through the vents, it was a real life horror movie trying to keep my 2 cats from trying to catch them, seal the vents with tape, calling the apt manager and trying to vacuum them with a handheld all at the same time throughout my whole place.After having a full blown anxiety attack, dry heaving by the time the maintenance guy got here to spray them away, I immediately bought these with some tin snips and a hot glue gun after reading some of the reviews and had them overnighted.I'm going out of town this weekend and didn't want to come home to a place full of bees and puffy cats and was having major anxiety worrying so much.I was able to cut these mesh pieces to size easily with the tin snips, and placed them over the vents in every room using the glue gun and tape to be extra secure.Since it's summertime, this will also keep any spiders at bay. These have given me such peace of mind knowing if the bees come back, I won't have to worry about frantically running around and having an anxiety attack trying to keep my cats safe.

Great product, quality steel sheets. My husband works with metal and said they are good and a good price. 20 mesh is there are 20 holes in the mesh per inch. That is perfect to keep the tiny spiders out from making a web in the vent. Dirt dobbers like these vents also. And of course mice. He counted these and they are 20 mesh. I got to put in RV trailer heater vent on the outside of the trailer under the vent, to keep bugs and critters from crawling or making nests in the open vent. Very happy with the quality of these steel metal 20 mesh sheets.

This is very well-made stainless steel screening material. In fire zone areas, it can be riveted over basement vent openings to prevent embers being sucked in through larger openings during fire storms.Be careful when handling because the edges are sharp. Can be cut with strong scissors. Good value for the money, especially the large role when you need it.

This product is exactly what I needed; a fine non-corrosive mesh for an air vent. However, this was advertised as 'easy to cut' but it was in fact very difficult to cut to size. I needed 2 pieces, only about 1/2" x 5" and 1" x 5" and it destroyed my heavy duty kitchen shears trying to cut the mesh. I purchased wire cutters (and waited 2 days for delivery....) and it STILL was very difficult to cut. With the wire cutters, I didn't get the warping I got with the scissors, but I did have to clip one-tiny-square-at-a-time, which was meticulous and took forever for such a small piece needed. One star off for the difficulty of cutting this, but otherwise it does its job and I made it work.

Very nice product. Well made. Packaged well so edges were not damaged. Plan to use for drying racks for herbs. I will definitely purchase more once I build my racks.
