Gorgeous fragrant rose
This rose arrived in such wonderful condition. My home backs up to Green Acres so I have a multitude of bugs to contend which makes growing roses here a challenge. That being said, it's holding its own with feedings of Dr. Earth and regular sprays of Thieves essential oil diluted with water to keep away black spot. I've ordered roses from other mail order companies but these are by far the healthiest I've ever purchased.

poor quality
Not a very good plant for the price. I bought a better quality plant at Walmart for $10.00. And the one from Walmart bloomed 5x better and this one.UPDATE: Well the rose died within a year. The warranty is not granted if bought though a third party like Amazon. So, I'm out 60 dollars. I know how to take care of roses, because I worked for a very large nursery for 5 years. These roses are very poor quality.

Cute, in good shape but TINY
I ordered rose in the middle of summer and was sure it would probably come dedicated and half alive - BUT it came in great condition. It was defoliated as it was described but canes were bright green and intact ! Rose sprang to life very fast - made new leaves and is now trying to make 2 flower buds even though it is mid October but it is very, very tiny baby rose lol. Canes are just about 12" -14" long and about 5 mm in diameter, so with some luck and patience it will look like a rose bush in about 3 -4 years. I think that asking $50 for such a young rose is little bit over the top, so I am giving it 4 stars.

Looking good
FedEx shipping took over a week and I just knew that my plant was going to arrive dead. The plant arrived with absolutely no leaves and just straight green stalks. As soon as the driver delivered the plant, I opened it up and watered thouroughly. That same day, I planted the bush with bone meal, worm castings, coconut coir, and manure -- and about a week later, I saw the first leaf. Then more, and more -- so far, each of the originally empty stems has numerous leaves. This plant has totally surprised me! I haven't seen any blooms yet but I am totally amazed that this plant survived the shipping leg of its journey!!

Arrived with lots of growth.
Planted in my front yard. I haven’t had it long and it already had a bud.

Beautiful large blossoms.
Beautiful large blossoms. But blossoms too large for thin stems of new plant, and droop once fully opened. Plant is slow to grow and rebloom after initial burst.
