D3 Chewable

My go to vitamins! Necessary in winter, but I look forward to these every day because they taste so good - an after lunch treat! Appreciate the ingredients and the brand, they are high quality.

Good price for a whole food vegan supplement; and I definitely feel better taking them; wipes away the S.A.D i get every year when im spending too much time indoors or loading up on the sunblock. Even though nestle owns this brand as long as I feel good using them and the supplements remain whole food and vegan I will continue buying them as I believe it's good for big companies esp ones with shaky pasts to start getting into the whole food vegan movement and i would like to encourage them to do so..it ensures a better future for our planet because like it or not business is business for now and immediate future and big companies like this (who's primary concern is profit) aren't going to die anytime soon so best thing to do is to help steer them in the right direction as far as what they offer to the masses. Garden of Life has always been great for me. After trying out a few other brands for vitamin d i'm coming back to this one because I feel a difference and the supplement form is efficient and palatable (spray version made me cough even if i held my breath for a few second after and the vegan d gummies i got though tasty and identical to candy taste were too sugary sweet first thing in the morning when i'm not at all craving candy or sugary things)

These vegan Vitamin D3 chewable are perfect. They taste great, I could eat the entire bottle. They don't upset my stomach. I love that they are plant based. Definitely recommend.

Fun snacks, like 2 or 3 a day + Andrew, circa 2026, may 5th , belltoon, Seattle WQ

Just don't like the taste

I have taken these for almost 15 years. I was diagnosed at that time with a very low vitamin D level. These vegan chewable tablets were a godsend to find then, and brought my level up to normal by the next physical. They are easy to chew and I like the mild slightly sweet citrus flavor.

I bought these while recovering from esophageal surgery because I couldn't swallow pills or even take gummies during the healing process. I needed a chewable tablet that would dissolve completely before swallowing, which these do if I chew them along with a sip of water. They do what they need to do. The flavor is fine for what it is... not repulsive and not delicious. It's a pill, not candy. I appreciate that they are organic and vegan and come in a glass bottle. I wish Garden of Life also offered a chewable multivitamin tablet instead of just gummies!

This is my first Amazon review. For the past 2 years I been trying to raise my Vitamin D levels. At first I only took a multivitamin that has 1000IU of Vitamin D3. It only raised my Vitamin D levels from 32 in October 2016 to 34 in October 2017. Then October 2017 I began taking this Vitamin D3 2000IU. At the time my Vitamin D was 34 (deficient is anything lower than 30). I have not been super consistent, but for the most part I do take it most days. I just got my Vitamin D lab drawn and today my labs say I am at 45!!! For the most part from 2 years ago to today, I used to sleep 6 hours at best. Sometimes only 5 hours. I would stay up late and would not sleep well. Now, I sleep 7 hours on most days, sometimes 8 or 9. I wake up with energy, my moods are more stable, my brain works better. I have researched lots of Vitamin D3 and this one works for me the best AND both my kids and I enjoy the taste. I wont switch brands. I love there is mushrooms in this too. I will continue to take this until I reach maybe 50 or 60 in my Vitamin D levels.

The bottle arrived with a broken seal and item is not eligible for return. Shame.
